Laptop bag - Worst Purchase

In the name of vintage item, they cleared old stock. The laptop bag appears to be 100 year old giving a very bad look. Total wastage of money. Not recommended at all.

It smells really bad!

Other than the awful stench it gives off wherever it is present, this bag sure is a premium quality product. There’s ample space for everything i could need to carry to work and then some more.
But now my car and my office stink cuz of the smell. It’s not a new leather smell. It’s more like, sth wrong spilt on the leather and now it stinks kind of smell. It should have been properly treated before being sold.

Poor Customer Service

They have very poor order processing and dispath services. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered after 11 days of placing the order. I had sent multiple emails but they do not reply. At last I was told that my order was dispatched apparently after 7 days of placing the order. It is such an inconvenience and botheration. I would have given negative stars if that was an option.
