Croc-Style Leather Mens Wallet-Brown

I placed an order for two wallets last week after being impressed by the product images and finishing showcased on their website and social media. However, I was disappointed to find that the actual products did not meet my expectations. The leather quality fell short, and one of the wallets arrived with a defect, while the embossing on the other was poorly done. I reached out to them to request an exchange for both items, and I even offered to visit their location in person to select suitable replacements after a long Whatsapp call. Unfortunately, they seem unwilling to engage in a discussion about the customized items. I'm expected to accept whatever they send, regardless of the quality & finishing.
